Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:


📦 Return EligibilityWe accept returns only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • You inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video

We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or dislike after delivery.


💬 How to Request a Return

  1. Email or WhatsApp us at adornbysimran06@gmail.com or +919646571785 within 24 hours of receiving the order
  2. Attach:
    • Order number
    • Clear pictures/video showing the issue
    • Unboxing video (required for any return or refund)

🔄 Return Process

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to courier it back
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or replacement

💸 Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • COD orders: We will issue a store credit or bank transfer (details required)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the product.


❌ Non-returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
